Wilford Brimley - He looked 60 when he was 40. He looked 70 when he was 60, and 80 when he was 80….he FINALLY caught up!
This concoction is a riff on the Hot Buttered Rum. The snow is falling, so it is time for this “DiaBEETUS” inducing cocktail of goodness.
This was a variation dreamed up by Dane Barca of Smuggler’s Cove in San Francisco. I really like it! Pull up a bowl of Quaker Oats and sip this one into the weekend. Cheers!

• Hot Water

• Hot Buttered Rum Batter

• 2 oz of Hamilton’s Demerara 151 Rum

• Coconut Cream

• Top with Whipped, Sweet Cream
