In January of 2018 while in Palm Springs, California I had the opportunity to visit Bootlegger Tiki. To say the least, it was an impactful experience. The bartender directed me to an aged rum Old Fashioned made with Plantation Pineapple or “Stiggin’s Rum”. Needless to say, it was Love at first sip!
