Triumvirate Punch

Triumvirate Punch - was named after the three pillars of “rumness”, (or as Martin Cate calls them, “The Masters of the Cove”) that grace the label of the Triumvirate Rum: Ron Roumas, Mark Holt, and John Boatwright. The are represented in effigy on this awesome find of a tiki bowl from Hawai’i. I was able to share this treat with an old friend on a perfect August day. I suggest you do the same. A great way to celebrate National Rum Day! Cheers!

In a shaker add per person:

• 1.5 oz Probitas Rum

• .25 oz St Elizabeth Allspice Dram

• .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

• 1 oz Passion Fruit Honey Syrup

• 2 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Fill a favorite Punch bowl with crushed ice, pour in contents of shaker

• Grate fresh nutmeg over bowl

• Garnish with fresh mint

• (Optional) Spent lime half with Plantation OFTD Overproof rum. Light on fire for 1 minute, then dump into drink. Enjoy!
