The Ernesto - This one was created by Martin Cate at Smuggler’s Cove. Using the Jamaican treat Ting Grapefruit Soda, it adds some eclectic ingredients that sound like they would not work together ….. but they do! Try it, you’ll like it!
In a double Old Fashioned glass add:
2 oz Ting Grapefruit Soda
In a cocktail shaker of cracked ice add:
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Honey Syrup
.5 oz Gifford’s Abricot du Roussillon
2 oz Partida Tequila Blanco
1 Dash Herbstura (50/50 Angostura Bitters & Herbsaint)
Strain into glass and add Cracked ice and garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of mint. Enjoy!
