Baie du Galion - Named for the beautiful waters on the leeward side of Martinique, Martin Cate created this one as an homage to all things Agricole and to prove that AOC Martinique Agricole Rhum is more that just Ti’Punch! This one has some of the most notable flavors in @drambuie, Clément VSOP. Rhum Agricole Vieux @clementusa, and Green Chartreuse @charteuse.fr. Each spirit brings its on unique contribution to this taste of Martinique.
In a crystal mixing glass of cracked ice add:

.5 oz Green Chartreuse
.25 oz Drambuie
2 oz Clément VSOP. Rhum Agricole Vieux

Mixing well with a bar spoon and strain into a fancy coupe of Nick & Nora. Garnish with a Lemon peel curl. Enjoy!
