Bumble Bee
Bumble Bee - This take on a gem from the “South American Gentleman’s Companion” is inspired by Miles Davis and his take on “Flight of the Bumble Bee”. All of the ingredients in this drink are traditional Rum accompaniments, but, with the egg white you get something extra! A real treat!
In a shaker, add a mixing ball with 6-8 cubes, then add:
2 oz of Abuelo 7 year old Panamanian Rum
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Honey Syrup
.5 Egg White
Shake like crazy for 1 minute and strain into your favorite Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with a lime curl, enjoy!
