Pick out your fanciest coupe, then slack a clear cube for about 10 minutes to get that shiny, clear vibe. In a shaker of cracked ice add:
1.5 oz The Butterfly Cannon 100% Agave Tequila
.75 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Shake for 30 seconds and strain into your coupe. Float 1 oz of Butterfly Cannon Tequila for the desired layered effect. Garnish with a Lemon peel and a Luxardo Cherry on a pick. Enjoy!
