Picso Sour

Pisco Sour - Today is Pisco Sour Day. If you have the opportunity to drink these in Peru you are lucky indeed! 3 years ago I was in Lima, Cuzco, Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu! I can’t even count the number of these I consumed with my dear friend Haley Mullins. Cheers Haley! I used the Cocktail Codex recipe, I think you’ll like it!

• 2 oz Vinas de Oro Pico from Chinca, Peru

• .50 oz Lemon Juice

• .5 oz Lime Juice

• .75 Simple Syrup

• 1 Egg White

• Shake with out ice, then add ice and shake again.

• Double strain into an Old Fashioned Glass
