Juan Ho Royale
Juan Ho Royale - This visually stunning creation was first by Hula’s in Santa Cruz, California. Originally called the Steamer, after Steamer Lane, a famous surf spot. Hula’s renamed it after discovering it might elicit some different imagery. So… They cleverly renamed it Juan Ho ;-) . Incidentally, this is my first Tequila feature. I chose the ultra-smooth Don Julio Reposado
Blue Curacao is mostly associated with touristy drinks, but there is nothing like it to simulate the azure blue of the Pacific. I added some flair and sizzle with some special Lemon Salt from Five Toed Foods that accents the Don Julio perfectly. Add some well placed bubbles and you have an amazing drink that teleports you to the beach! Kowabunga!
