Fog Cutter

Fog Cutter - This Trader Vic’s classic from the 1940’s is very much like the other drinks in the family of Tiki drinks like, The Scorpion or Scorpion ball. This was once known as a Samoan Fog Cutter, then evolved into what the Smuggler’s Cove folks have put together here. Vic combined 4 spirits in this wonderfully complex Tiki Hall of Fame concoction.

I can’t not think of San Francisco when the name “Fog Cutter” comes around, so I added a video with Tony Bennett serenading us. Cheers!

Combine all ingredients in stainless mixing cup of ice except the Sherry. I substituted Amontillado for the Oloroso, because I love Edgar Allan Poe!
