Coconut Mojito

Coconut Mojito - On National Mojito Day I wanted to offer something extra! So, I sacrificed a virgin (coconut) for the most refreshing version of this wonderful drink! The Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum is monumental improvement over the sweetened product usually available. This rum uses natural Barbadian coconut flesh that is infused in the aging process. Its essence is unsurpassed in its dry, clean flavor. Try one!
In a shaker of cracked ice add:

  • 2.5 oz Cut & Dry Coconut Rum

  • 3 lime wedges

  • 6 mint leaves

  • 1 oz La Croix Seltzer

  • 1 oz Real Coconut Cream

  • 1 oz Coconut water (from your fresh coconut)

    Shake for 30 seconds and pour into a coconut half shell.

  • Garnish with mint and slice of lime. Enjoy!
