Rum Negroni - On National Rum Day I wanted to show one of my favorites. This cocktail shocks people with how smooth it is. The balance of the bitter (Campari), the sweet (Lustau Sweet Vermut), and the boozy (Planteray Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum) provides one of the most stunningly perfect Happy Hour beverages imaginable. Enjoy!

In a crystal mixing glass of ice add:

  • 1.5 oz Planteray Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum

  • 1.5 oz Lustau Sweet Vermut

  • 1.5 oz Campari

  • Stir for 1 minute gently

  • Strain into an Old Fashioned Glass with a King Cube

  • Garnish with a twist of orange. Enjoy!
