Petaluma Sazerac - I have posted a few Sazerac cocktails in the past, but this one has an “Old West” feel to it. I substituted the Rye for a sublime Rum from the Golden State. Barber Lee Distillery from Petaluma, California makes an array of fine liquors, but I am partial to Rum! This one has such a round, full flavored nose for a white rum. You will be pleased. In addition, the Absinthe is one of the best I have had. I based this one off of the Trader Vic’s Bartender’s Guide for your reference. Enjoy!

Wash and drain the glass with the Barber Lee Absinthe in a classy Nick & Nora Cocktail glass, then….In a shaker of ice add:
