Mariel Hemingway Daiquiri - Like Papa’s…only Frenchier! ;-) This very French version of the Hemingway Daiquiri is a great way to celebrate National Daiquiri Day! It is the epitome of balanced elegance. Saint James Blanc French Style Agricole Rhum from Martinique brings and earthy, vegetal warmth to the brightness of the fresh grapefruit juice. Add the incomparable Grand Marnier and cut back on the simple syrup and you have “Tres Magnifique!!
In a shaker of cracked ice add:
- 2.5 oz St James Blanc Rhum
- .5 oz Grand Marnier
- 2 oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup

Shaker vigorously for 1 minute and strain into your favorite fancy coupe! Bon Appetit!
